Please note that, our ex-servicemen are writing something anti officers, respected sir, kindly note that you a great person fight for all i.e. Officers,PBORS and NC[E] also, sir, please note that all officers are not bad like wise all PBORs are not god gifted,for example, appended below please find few commanding officers i have seen in person, they were best for Airmen, and no one can challenge that.
